Hello darkness, my old friend...

The undisturbed roast made all of these bits darker and faster than predicted. I pulled all these so that I could focus a bit on the fresh bird parts. They're in the oven now. In a few hours, I'll add veg, then and hour after that, we'll be talking about some magic tricks.
